- There will be a 50% charge of the amount paid for cancellations made 2 days before a delivery has been made.
- There will be no refunds in the event that the delivery has already been made.
- Recipient’s address must be correct and please ensure that someone is there to receive the gift. If for any reason recipient is not at the point of delivery, a re-delivery charge of SGD$15 will be imposed for each subsequent attempt to deliver your orders.
- Our customer service officer will contact you for the re-delivery charges.
